Collection from our shop in Schwarzach is of course free of charge.

Monday till Thursday:

8.00 to 12.00 and 13.00 to 17.00

How can I cancel or change my order?

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value.

How long does the delivery take?

Your order will be processed immediately after receipt and shipped the next working day. The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days from receipt of your payment. If products are not in stock, the deviating delivery time will be indicated accordingly.

At Christmas, the delivery times are of course sometimes significantly longer. Please order early enough.

How are the orders shipped?

Shipping is with GLS. With the exception of Switzerland - here shipping is by post.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping of our sets is free in AT, DE, CH and northern Italy. For deliveries to other countries, EUR 15.00 gross will be charged. Shipping to Switzerland is already pre-taxed, there are no further costs for the recipient.

Individual parts/spare parts: The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart for each country.

Our sana® products are sent by Swiss Post via our partner in Davos. The products are already properly taxed, there are no additional costs for the buyer.

What are the payment types?

You can choose between the payment methods PayPal, credit card and instant transfer.

How can I redeem a discount voucher?

Enter the code in the shopping cart in the "Coupon" field. Then click on the “Apply voucher” button. The discount amount is displayed in the order. Unfortunately, once the order has been completed, it is no longer possible to redeem a promotional code. Multiple discounts cannot be combined.

Are the costs or part of the costs covered by health insurance companies?

No, unfortunately not. Which of course we think is a shame.
