The heating pad lies between the navel and the pubic bone and transfers the heat to the lower abdomen. A dense fabric (similar to soft shell) lies over the heating pad so that as much heat as possible is transferred to your body.

The heating time per battery depends on the selected heating level.
Heat level 1 = 7.5 to 8.0 hours per battery
Heat level 5 = 4.0 to 4.5 hours per battery
Heat level 9 = 2.0 to 2.5 hours per battery
In some cases, the interval function is ideal for use at night, in order to extend the period of use through heating breaks even when there is a high demand for heat.

Depending on where and how long you use the panties. A battery lasts you up to 8 hours and then you have to charge it again. You can also buy rechargeable batteries later if you don't have enough warmth for your adventures.
As a guideline: the most frequently used heat level (in the sana heat app) is between 4 and 7. So you can assume that the battery will then provide heat for around 4.5 hours.

You can also switch off the LEDs during operation using the free sana heat app. The heating output is not affected.
The LEDs cannot be switched off without an app.

The panties are made of fibers used in sports. They are washed at 30°. You can also use your own liquid detergent for sports fibers. Before washing, the batteries must be removed - these must NOT be washed.

Washing instructions are woven into the inside of the waistband. With liquid detergents (special liquid detergents for sportswear are also suitable) the panties are already clean at 30°. The battery must be removed before washing!

If used regularly, there are no special points to be observed for maintenance. Before storing the batteries for a longer period of time, first discharge them, charge them halfway again and disconnect them from the charger (see instructions for use). Please use the supplied contact protection for storage or taking it with you in your bag.Store in a cool and dry place at 5°C to 20°C.Long periods of non-use should be avoided, batteries remain “fit” longer if they are used regularly. In the case of long-term storage, discharge and half-charge the batteries every 6 months. Charge fully before each use. Never put them in the washing machine with or without panties! Please read the instructions for use carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

The set includes a power supply unit to which the supplied USB cable can be connected. The USB cable is also used for mobile use, such as on a PC or your power bank.

Depending on the airline, there are slightly different guidelines for batteries. sana® lithium packs have the following technical data: 3.7 V, 3600 mAh, 13.32Wh. You can also see this data on the back of the sana® rechargeable batteries. Many airlines only allow you to take the batteries with you in your hand luggage! Please be sure to find out what the airline's requirements are before checking in your luggage! This is constantly changing and we cannot keep it up to date on our site.

Please make sure that the contact buttons of the batteries are always protected with the silicone cover. Never leave your batteries in the car / camper / etc. - there is a risk of overheating in direct sunlight and severe sub-zero temperatures can damage your batteries.
If you travel by ship, plane,... find out directly from the respective company which rules apply to lithium ion batteries!
