Refund policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within 45 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 45 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to inform us (SturiaTronic Products GmbH, Ressavarstrasse 14, 8230 Hartberg, order@sana-comfort.com) via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), promptly and at the latest within 45 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 45 days from the day you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to cover any loss in value of the goods if that loss is due to handling them in a way that wasn’t necessary to check their condition, characteristics, and functioning.
