WARRANTY / REPAIR
The statutory warranty applies to new products in all EU countries. Should any products purchased at http://www.sana-comfort.com be damaged outside of the warranty, in many cases it is possible to have them repaired by us in-house. SturiaTronic Products GmbH asks you to coordinate with us in advance in warranty cases (office@sana-comfort.com). If desired, SturiaTronic Products GmbH will also be happy to provide you with a cost estimate.

The liability of SturiaTronic Products GmbH is excluded to the legally permissible extent for all property and financial damages. SturiaTronic Products GmbH is not liable for consequential damages, third-party damages, or lost profits.

INVOICE / RECEIPT
You will receive an invoice from us by email, which contains all order-relevant information (order number, buyer's personal data, list of ordered items including quantity and value, order total, information on shipping and payment, etc.). Please keep the invoice! It is important as proof of purchase for complaints or for insurance in case of theft. Your orders are stored with us. If you lose the documents related to your orders, please contact us by email/fax/phone. We will be happy to send you a copy of your order details.

Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice is due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date without any deduction. The timeliness of the payment is determined by the receipt of the full invoice amount in our account. You are responsible for transfer costs and transaction fees, or lost profit.

Once the full invoice amount has been received, SturiaTronic Products GmbH will ship the ordered goods immediately, but no later than 30 days. Partial deliveries are allowed.

If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or other obstacles, whether they arise on our side, yours, or a third party's, the agreed delivery period will be extended accordingly, and you must give us a reasonable written extension. Such obstacles include, for example, war, riots, significant operational disruptions, accidents, labor disputes, late or defective deliveries, government actions or omissions, and natural events.

You are not allowed to offset counterclaims of any kind against our claims. You are not entitled to withhold payment.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Only Austrian substantive law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is agreed to be the court competent for the customer's residence, with the customer's residence at the time of concluding the contract being decisive. SturiaTronic Products GmbH also has the right to sue the customer at their general place of jurisdiction.
